If you’ve found this page you likely already know who I am, but allow me the pleasure to introduce myself.I go by the alias Silverpocky or just Pocky for short! I’m an artist based in Los Angeles, and dabble in all sorts of mischief. In terms of my interests I love dogs, video games, nature, creating, and constantly questioning the human condition.

BY PURCHASING MY ART SERVICES, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRELY AND CAREFULLY.

  1. Payment

  • All payments should be in USD

  • Payments are only accepted through PayPal, Venmo & Zelle

  • Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below $100 USD. (For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available)

  • Payment is required within a week of your commission request being accepted; failure to do so will result in your request being dropped. If you need more time, let me know.

  • Once negotiation is done and I start the commission, I won’t refund the full amount if I have passed the sketch stage.

  • For YCHs payment is due within 48hrs of winning unless a hold is previously discussed.

  1. Procedure & Revisions

  • Please be clear and concise in your description of any changes. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes!

  • After payment is received I begin the sketch which will be shown to you for approval before any other steps are started.

  • When commission is complete you will receive full res. Png files and any other relevant or requested files.

  • I accept "written description only" commissions on a case by case basis and often require at least one visual reference. (Unless it is a design commission).

  • Let me know post haste if I have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on "my mistake", on your reference(s), will always be fixed for free. Edits outside of that or caused by a change of mind will be considered on a case by case basis.

  • While references and character designs will be heavily respected and followed to the best of my ability but some artistic liberty may be taken!

  1. Rights & Usage

The artist reserves the following rights to:

  • retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • reject commission proposals without question.

  • modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.

The commissioner reserves the following rights to:

  • upload the work done for them to their site/account/etc. as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.

  • use a commissioned piece for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

  • PRINT A COPY OF THEIR COMMISSION FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
